Position Description We are looking for a detailed, accurate and reliable Estimator to drive profitable business growth. The right candidate will gather all pertinent information and data needed to provide complete, profitable and timely estimating with desired margins. It is important to build and maintain key relationships with subcontractors and partners which are critical to achieving desired outcomes of the Estimating Dept. This is not a desk-role, it is necessary to see the job and walk the site in order to produce the best results for our clients and our company. The ideal candidate will look to grow and develop into a Sr. Estimator and be a long-term contributor for N8 Excavation. Salary dependent upon experience. Responsibilities

Position Description The Foreman role at N8 Excavation is critical to our company. The best performing Foreman drives projects to completion on-time, on-budget and per specifications. They will ensure that the team is well trained, supplies and equipment are ready and safety is a key priority. The Foreman role must be able to handle the details of the projects from start to finish with limited direction and proper delegation. This position has visibility into the whole project and will be required to manage all aspects of the project, looking for efficiencies to increase margins. Responsibilities

Position Description We are looking for a driven, practical and experienced Superintendent to run our field operations and support our Project Foremen for ultimate success. This is a very important role at N8 Excavation and crucial to our company's future. The Superintendent will oversee the Project Foreman and their performance on all N8 projects and provide leadership to deliver expected client results. This role will work directly with the Executive Team and implement company objectives and priorities. Salary is dependent upon experience with Benefits and 401K. Responsibilities
